This small, child-size quilt or wall-hanging was first pieced by machine stitching and then finished by hand-quilting all the layers together with a black sashiko-style running stitch. This lightweight quilt is made from black, white, and blue fabrics along with a green fabric that was reversed-dyed by hand to achieve a watery and rippling
blue-green look.
