QUILT

This small child-size quilt or wall-hanging was first pieced together with machine stitching and then finished by hand-quilting together all the layers with a sashiko-style running stitch. This lightweight quilt is made from a solid gray fabric and a fabric that was reversed dyed by hand to achieve a psychedelic purple'y and pink tie-dye effect.
